Stephen was superb. We really did give him free rein (with a few dietary restrictions) and he really brought his A game. I would gladly engage his services again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends.
I for one enjoyed La Rue and yes would certainly go back. Food and was great and so was service. Accommodation: They were perfect and we certainly would consider a unit like this again. If we had one thought. It would be something that size or bigger but most important to be closer to the hill for ski in and out. Chef: Stephen was great and his services were perfect. We gave him full rain to cook what ever and he did. He was professional and we would consider him again.

Thank you so much for sorting out our accommodation and passes everyone had a fantastic time couldn't of been better it was all perfect!! Nobody wanted to leave!! The chef you recommended was also fantastic! I hope everything was left to your satisfaction please let me know if you have any problems. Hopefully will be returning again sometime in the near future!
