Ric’s Grill has been built on the vision of providing a superior Whistler dining experience by expertly serving
the highest quality foods in a beautiful Whistler restaurant at a reasonable cost. From the opening
of the first Ric’s in Prince George in 1998 to the twelfth store in Victoria this year we’ve been steadily delivering that
vision. Customers in eight cities return again and again to the Ric’s Grill formula of product, service, setting and value.

is obsessed - it is the only appropriate word- with ingredients.
Ric's starts with the finest ingredients available and spends more money in
preparation than any other
restaurant in its class. The words "house made" - a sauce made from scratch appears on the typical
menu a dozen times. Ric’s is proud to serve only Sterling Silver beef, the highest grade of beef available
in Canada. We believe our guest deserves nothing less than the best.

Ric’s is a perfect place for either a business meeting or a lazy lunch with friends. Our lunch menu has a full array
of soups, salads, and Ric’s

Grilled Salmon Burger,
fresh salmon filet lightly seasoned, with housemade tartar sauce.
Philly Steak Sandwich,
tender steak strips sautéed with onions and bell peppers, topped with
melted jack cheese.
Chicken Tettrazini,
penne with rich sherry cream sauce, mushrooms and green onions. Served
with garlic toast.
Ric's Rueben Sandwich,
warm Montreal smoked meat, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, mustard and
chipotle mayonnaise.
Chicken Creole Stirfry,
with fresh vegetables in a spicy creole butter. Served over Jasmine
Rice.
Thai Coconut Green Curry Chicken Stir-fry,
sautéed with spinach and red peppers. Served over Jasmine rice.
All of Ric’s Grill Burgers and Sandwiches are served with your choice of fries, Caesar, house or spinach salad or soup.

Orleans sauce, on Jasmine rice.
